Daddy figured out that Gracie can sit in the boppy by herself. She is very happy with her new found independence.

Also, if you look closely, you will see that my toenails are painted. I call it having "fancy feet". Mommy has had a hard time keeping socks on my because I like to look at me feet too much to cover them up with socks. We have all been a little sick recently. Mommy found me suctioning out my baby's nose the other day. I told her Baby has been sick too, and I thought it might help her sleep better if I suctioned out her nose before putting her to bed.

Good Girl Gracie!

Gracie is getting to be a big girl. Last night we started teaching her how to eat baby food. I have been very excited about this ever since mommy and I got the box of baby rice cereal at the grocery store a few days ago.

Mommy let me do some of the feeding, and I did a pretty good job. Gracie did ok. I didn't like that she spit out every bite I put in. I kept saying "Oh Gracie, yuck!" I think she will get the hang of it pretty soon. We just have to be patient with her.

Nothin much

This is me with some of my cousins at the mall last week. We met for lunch on Savannah's birthday. She is 3 now and very grown up. We took her to Build a Bear to celebrate. Lots of fun! Mommy loves this picture, because I am trying to get into my cousin Caroline's sacred pocket book without her knowing it.

This is our Friend Alex. He came by to visit the other night. I was very happy to see him, and so was Gracie, but she saw her bottle right before this picture and was a little upset at having to wait for it.

While I play with my kitchen, Gracie likes to play on the floor and watch me cook. I think she looks pretty cute in my chefs hat!

I am learning to multi task with all I have to do during the day. It is hard to get in my phone talking other wise. Well, I hope everyone has a good new years.

Wonderful Christmas!

I had a GREAT Christmas. This year I am old enough to enjoy all the fun and festivities of Jesus' birthday. This is Gracie and I on Christmas am. I had a great time showing her how to play with all of her toys.

This is me with my Aunt Catherine and Uncle Brett on Christmas eve. I am wearing their gift to me. As soon as I saw it, I said "Mommy, want to cook". I also got some pots and pans which I was very excited about. All this was fun, but I had no idea that it was all to go with the greatest gift ever!

My Little Pink Kitchen!!!!

As soon as I saw it Christmas am, I ran over and started playing with it. I love it, and so does Mommy. She has never been so excited about a gift in her whole life. I have been cooking every spare minute that I have. My morning room time is so much fun with this to keep me busy.

This is my kitchen in all its' glory. Mommy even painted me a window, but it is too small and I think she needs to redo it.

Learning to love

As I get older I am learning to take care of and nurture Gracie more and more. I make sure that her slobbery mouth gets wiped with the burp cloth when she is playing. I offer her my sippy cup often even though Mommy says she is too little, and can't have it. Last night in the car when she started crying, I said "Oh Gracie boo. It's ok. Don't cry. We be home soon. It's ok." I think she felt comforted even thought she kept on crying.

Sweet Gracie. She is getting to be lots of fun to play with. She lets me roll her over and all sorts of things she would cry if anyone else did. I think she knows that I am her big sister, and we are going to be good friends. Also! Gracie just turned over from her tummy to back yesterday for the first time. Yea Gracie!!!
