Nothin much

This is me with some of my cousins at the mall last week. We met for lunch on Savannah's birthday. She is 3 now and very grown up. We took her to Build a Bear to celebrate. Lots of fun! Mommy loves this picture, because I am trying to get into my cousin Caroline's sacred pocket book without her knowing it.

This is our Friend Alex. He came by to visit the other night. I was very happy to see him, and so was Gracie, but she saw her bottle right before this picture and was a little upset at having to wait for it.

While I play with my kitchen, Gracie likes to play on the floor and watch me cook. I think she looks pretty cute in my chefs hat!

I am learning to multi task with all I have to do during the day. It is hard to get in my phone talking other wise. Well, I hope everyone has a good new years.

Wonderful Christmas!

I had a GREAT Christmas. This year I am old enough to enjoy all the fun and festivities of Jesus' birthday. This is Gracie and I on Christmas am. I had a great time showing her how to play with all of her toys.

This is me with my Aunt Catherine and Uncle Brett on Christmas eve. I am wearing their gift to me. As soon as I saw it, I said "Mommy, want to cook". I also got some pots and pans which I was very excited about. All this was fun, but I had no idea that it was all to go with the greatest gift ever!

My Little Pink Kitchen!!!!

As soon as I saw it Christmas am, I ran over and started playing with it. I love it, and so does Mommy. She has never been so excited about a gift in her whole life. I have been cooking every spare minute that I have. My morning room time is so much fun with this to keep me busy.

This is my kitchen in all its' glory. Mommy even painted me a window, but it is too small and I think she needs to redo it.

Learning to love

As I get older I am learning to take care of and nurture Gracie more and more. I make sure that her slobbery mouth gets wiped with the burp cloth when she is playing. I offer her my sippy cup often even though Mommy says she is too little, and can't have it. Last night in the car when she started crying, I said "Oh Gracie boo. It's ok. Don't cry. We be home soon. It's ok." I think she felt comforted even thought she kept on crying.

I have been drawing smiley faces recently. This is the first recognizable thing I have done so far, so Mommy is very proud. Here are a couple of examples. Can you find them among the surrounding decoration? I promise there is more to come!

Sweet Gracie. She is getting to be lots of fun to play with. She lets me roll her over and all sorts of things she would cry if anyone else did. I think she knows that I am her big sister, and we are going to be good friends. Also! Gracie just turned over from her tummy to back yesterday for the first time. Yea Gracie!!!

Thanksgiving

We have had a busy week celebrating Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving day was spent at Aunt Catherine and Uncle Brett's house. They were wonderful hosts and made a perfect turkey. Too bad mommy forgot to get a picture of them:(

The day before thanksgiving Aunt Claire brought Perry Catherine to see us for the first time. She is so sweet. I like her a lot even though I say "baby Rafrine" instead of Perry Catherine. I'll get it right soon.

Babyland General

Mimi, Mommy, Gracie and I went to Babyland General, home of the cabbage patch dolls. I had so much fun looking at everything. This is me and my Mimi at the tree where the babies are borne.

Gracie had a good time too. She stayed away and kicked her feet the whole time. That is her way of saying she is having fun.

I loved that I could hold all the different babies.

Yummm...

Last night I got to have a treat! Ring pop!!! Daddy gave me a bath to get the blue off my face and hands, but I am still a little blue this am.

Happy Friday

Gracie is now 3 months old. She is getting to be lots of fun. She seems to like me a lot. She smiles and kicks her feet when I talk to her.

When Gracie is in her excersaucer, sometimes I think she is getting bored, so I move her a few inches, and say "That better Gracie?" I also show her how to play with all the toys around the excersaucer. She is a fast learner, and can do a few of them all by herself.

Gracie likes it when I play peek-a-boo with her. Mommy and Daddy love that I say "keek-a-boo Gracie!"

I LOVE paying with play dough. It's pink. It's soft. It's wonderful!

Just sisters clean and ready for bed! Just the way Mommy likes us.

Treat!!!!

Last night was very exciting! I got to dress up in a fancy costume, and go from house to house getting candy. What could be better?!

I look pretty sweet in this picture. It is mommy's favorite.

This is my Friend Emily. We went trick or treating together and had a marvelous time. Everyone thought we were very cute in our wings. Mommy was shocked at how well I did. I marched right up to each door, and when people answered I would say "treat" and then "thankyou" after they gave me some candy. Usually I am shy, but I guess candy brings out the best in me. What can I say? It's good stuff. Also, I think Emily was a great example, and I typically like doing whatever she does.

Just so Gracie doesn't get left out... Here is a sweet pictuer of her. She stayed home with Daddy and Emily's daddy to hand out candy to other children. I think she had fun too.

Tuesday fun

Today Walker and Mia came to play for a little while. I was sooo excited to have friends come to play. They were lots of fun, and very sweet with Gracie. They are going to have a baby sister very soon so I let them practice with Gracie. I think Gracie liked them because she smiled lots when they were holding her.

Perry Catherine Weaver

She is here!!! She was born at 11:30. She weighed 8lbs 7 oz and is 20 1/2 in long. Congrats to Uncle John, Aunt Claire, Caroline, and Emily!!!

Babies, babies, babies...

In the mornings during our sister crib time, I put all my babies around Gracie so they can all sleep on the pillow together. I tell mommy "Gracie likes pillow". I think Gracie likes this game.

We are especially excited this morning because we are waiting on a call from Gigi to say that our new cousin has arrived. I keep telling mommy "cummin soon" when we talk about baby Perry Catherine. I will post when we get the call!

2 months

Gracie is now over 2 months old. I can hardly believe it. The time has gone by so quickly. We took her to the Dr last week for a check up. She is healthy and strong at 12lbs, 1oz and 23in (75% for her age).

I love for Gracie to sit in her bumbo. It is easier to talk to her and play with her hands. A soon as I get up in the am I run to her seat and sit next to her and say "what doin' Gracie". She doesn't look super happy in this picture, but I think she likes it ok.

Burt's Farm

Today we drove to Dawsonville to see Burts Farm. I was so excited to go see the pumpkins, and when we got there I was not dissapointed! They were huge!Here is the whole family. As you can see Gracie spent the whole time sleeping.

I got to sit on a tracktor, and I knew just what to do.

There were tons of big pumpkins, but my favortie were the tiny ones! What a fun day.

AM sister time

In the mornings, one of my favorite things is when mommy comes to get me up and lets Gracie get in the bed with me for a while. I share all my favorite toys with her, and frequently try to feed her with my baby doll's bottle. She seems to like this too. I can't wait till we can share a room, and she can be with me all the time.

Fun at the park

Last night we went to the prak after dinner to play. My favorite thing at the park is always the swing. It is hard to get me to try anything else, but why would I want to when the swing is so much fun? Gracie tried the swing and didn't like it so much as you can see.

Gracie liked Mommy holding her much better, but you can see me in the background having a great time.

Aunt Rachel came too, and that always make for a good time. I bet her arms are pretty sore today from all the pushing she did last night.

This is just a cute picture of Gracie I wanted to share. She is really starting to look at us and respond by smiling. One of the new things I like doing with her is teaching her the hand motions to Deep and Wide my favorite song.
